You should seek a Success Coach if:
You are focused on achieving a life/ personal goal
You are working to support a loved one with mental health needs
You are working to support a loved one with physical health needs
You do not have mental health concerns
You have a therapist addressing mental health concerns
You should seek a Mental Health Therapist if:
You are experiencing symptoms affecting your mental health
You are experiencing symptoms affecting your physical health
You are experiencing symptoms affecting your relationship with family/ friends
You are experiencing symptoms affecting your work/ school
You are experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm
Although coaching services are not bound by the laws of HIPPA, confidentiality is an important element of the coaching process. Your identity and ongoing work will be kept strictly confidential.
The following exceptions apply:
Your written consent/ request
Court order
Mandated CPS
To assist if you are in immediate danger
Coaching is not for those who have a specific mental health diagnosis or mental health concern, but rather for those who would like to work on behaviors.
If you have a specific mental health concern, you will be best served using therapy services.
